During this session we will discuss fatigue and the importance of pausing and checking in with yourself. Together in our "Zoom-spa" we will experience several research based tools of support for resiliency and self-care including; Meditation, gratitude, aromatherapy, breath, chair yoga, mindfulness and community connection.
