Mossycup Farms started with just a few pigs and chickens, then added cattle, turkeys, ducks and sheep. The value-added products have evolved and now include handmade lard soaps and signature sausage recipes made with organic and fair trade herbs. Heavy snacks will be provided including an herbed lardo spread on Cafe Mir's sourdough bread, samples of Mossycup Farms signature sausage recipes, sangria made with natural wine from Simply Nourished & local berries Kids are welcome!
