On Tuesday, May 9th at 5:30pm the public is invited to join visiting artist and speaker Moira Ferguson of Holy Loch Pottery Studio, located on the shores of the stunning Holy Loch (lake) near Dunoon, Scotland, as she presents “The Extraordinary Persistence of the Green Man” at the Clear Lake Arts Center. Artist Ferguson will share the art that inspires her work and the impact the mythological “Green Man” has had on art throughout the ages. This CreativeSynergy event is free and open to the public and is sponsored by Charla DiCamillo. CreativeSynergy is a progressive networking group formed to explore the realm of creativity and innovation. It is open to anyone whose job it is to create new ideas, new technology or new creative content, including engineers, poets, architects, teachers, people in design, education, arts, music and entertainment. The group meets once a month. There is no charge to attend or fee to join. Light snacks provided and beer, wine and soda available for purchase. Registration is appreciated but not required.
